SUMMARY:Training: Marine Non-indigenous and Invasive Species Identification (Portaferry\, Co. Down)
DESCRIPTION:The marine invasive species work programme of the National Biodiversity Data Centre\, in collaboration with CEDaR are hosting three marine non-indigenous and invasive species identification training courses across Ireland to address a gap marine invasive species recording. These courses are funded by the Department of Climate\, Energy and the Environment and CEDaR.  \nThe courses will run over 2 consecutive days and will be delivered by Dr Arjan Gittenberger of GiMaRIS\, a global specialist in the field. Each course will consist of classroom/lab workshop-style learning and some time in the field. \nThis is a closed training event.
